OuiStudio ships from Saigon, Vietnam.

We have a satellite office in the US that handles USA and International shipping.

Vietnam Domestic

• Inner Hochiminh City 

OUI Shippers is a trusting team dedicated to ship OuiStudio items exclusively within the city's parameters. The orders of existing stock is processed within 1-2 days of your order being placed. 

• Nationwide Shipping

Standard shipping nationwide is through GiaoHangTietKiem with tracking information and exact shipping cost depending on your home address. The orders of existing stock is processed within 1-3 days of your order being placed.

USA Domestic 

Method for USA Standard Shipping is by USPS Post Office. 

Please allow 2-3 days (Monday - Friday) to process your US orders, pending payment authorization and verification. 

Tracking number is available through your personal order's confirmation email provided when purchasing via this website. It generally takes one day for shipping info/update to reflect in your account.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. An alternative shipping information will be asked via email, and it might affect the original shipping estimate.

International Orders

Method for International Standard Shipping is by USPS Post Office.

Please allow 2-3 days (Monday - Friday) to process international orders, pending payment authorization and verification.
